High aesthetic movement in the Japanesque taste, Bamboo was very
popular through the last quarter of the nineteenth century it was installed in a
Hartford, CT house in the 1870's but could be equally appropriate for a modern home
of the 1960's or 1970's shown in the original colorway of greens, reds, and yellow.
